Meet Adelyn, she is 18 months old and one of the toughest people I know! She has been through so much at such a young age. Adelyn and her family have been so blessed & have beaten every odd that she has been faced with. I am so blessed to work with Adelyn and her family, amazing children come from amazing parents and they were wonderful! Even though it was nap time, we managed to get some pretty cute shots.
